Gyovanna and Sebastian are my friends. That's what made filming their wedding at Ringwood Manor in Ringwood, NJ a completely different kind of experience. I wasn't just there as their videographer. I was there as someone who loves them.

The Setting

Ringwood Manor is a National Historic Landmark set on 582 acres in Ringwood, NJ.

For a ceremony, it's extraordinary. Open sky, mature trees, stone and history all around you. It doesn't feel like a typical venue. It feels like a place that was meant to hold significant moments, and that's exactly what it did for Gyovanna and Sebastian.

The reception followed at Del Porto in New Jersey, where the evening opened up into warmth, food, and family.

The Day

Gyovanna and Sebastian's wedding was centered on their faith. A Christ-centered ceremony means something specific: the vows carry a weight beyond commitment, they carry covenant.

Filming your friends is different. You know what this day means to them. You know the road they walked to get here.

There were tears. A lot of them. The kind you don't wipe away because you want to feel them.

The Film

When I edit a film, I'm trying to give the couple back the feeling of their day, not just the footage of it. With Gyovanna and Sebastian, that feeling was love. Deep, genuine, and shared with everyone in the room.
